How the New HealthTap Is Different
In addition to the new look and feel and feature upgrades, you will find the following differences between the HealthTap you used to know and the HealthTap that exists today:
- Appointment requests are not currently possible through HealthTap+. Please get in touch with the doctor's office directly with the contact information on her/his profile to request and schedule an appointment.
- Private conversations: please use the new HealthTap Prime Virtual Consult features to talk one-on-one with a HealthTap+ certified doctor by video, voice, or text chat in a live Virtual Consult; or you may send a doctor a Message Consult.
- Your Activity: your questions and links to their answers are now found in your "Answers" instead of on your "Activity" page.
- AppRx: App reviews are now available right in your HealthTap+ Feed.
- Tips page: Tips are delivered right to your HealthTap+ Feed now.
